Reasons I Love My Alma Mater
1. There is an entire Facebook page dedicated to meme’ing the shit out of the universal truths in an App student’s life.
2. We’ve been voted the number one party school in North Carolina. I don’t agree with the “what pushed them over the top” reason, seeing as we’ve been rushing the Chancellor’s house for years.
3. The Gregory Brothers. You probably know them for the “Auto-Tune The News” series, that fucking wild remix of “Bed Intruder,” and that snazzy remix they did for last year’s Oscars. We know them as the geniuses behind the ode to Jimmy Smith Park.
4. The football. I mean, I own this shirt.
5. The weather, even if I had to walk knee deep in snow, uphill both ways, to get to class.
I honestly don’t think I would have graduated if I had gone to any other college. Miss you, ASU.
